Participation on legal services provided to the Slovak client buying a ship valued some hundred thousand euros from the Slovak seller starting from negotiations on content of the sale agreement until the completion of the agreement including related registration procedures in front of respective Slovak authorities and institutions. As well as participation on legal services provided to the Slovak client as a seller selling a floating equipment valued some hundred thousand euros including formation of data room, assurance of confidentiality, preparation of the sale agreement and solving of requirements from side of a prospective foreign buyer within due diligence.
